English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) is offered during the fall and spring semesters at WSP. Beginner, intermediate and advanced classes are offered. All classes are free of charge. Babysitting services are provided. Depending upon need, special advanced conversation classes are offered. Life skills workshops and field trips are part of the curriculum. Friday Drop-In Center
From 1:00 to 2:00 every Friday, come to the WSP office for an informal English conversation hour.

Computer Basics Class
WSP is currently partnering with the Parkchester Branch Library to offer basic computer classes for members of the community. The class sessions last five weeks, and are translated into Bengali by a member of our staff.

Drop-In Center

At WSP our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable space for women to gather. To that end, each day between the hours of 12:00 to 2:00 we open part of our office space to any community members who wish to come by. Guests can watch tv, read, or simply chat with friends. On certain days, the Drop-In Center also hosts special projects like art class, Bollywood dance class, or life skills and civil rights workshops.
